Well, the rear of the rear seats.
How do you guys do it?

pilot drill hole and some self tapping screws
of make a mdf board up mount that to the seat...then mount the amp to the board

Yeah, easy as that.
HOWEVER
If you're fitting a long amp (like I did with my DRS), don't forget that you have to worry about the top clearance for the parcel shelf. MORE IMPORTANTLY the bottom clearance for when the seat is in place.
I got really lucky - the top edge of the heatsink is low down enough to make a nice imprint in the plastic boot trim. Any lower and I wouldn't have got the seat to click into place.
