PIAA Bulbs

I'm thinking of replacing my headlight and side light bulbs for PIAA ones ready for the winter. I've done a search but haven't found my answers.

Which ones do you use and which ones would you avoid?

Are there any chances of smoking the inside of the headlight lenses using more powerful bulbs?

I thought most people went for the Extreme white Bazzer.

ADR Motorsport and Osaka both deal in them
