    Insurance will only go up a few £ I imagine, £15 - £30
I did a insurance quote, with all the mods added that i want to do, a few weeks back and it wasn't much more expensive at all.

No i've not heard the streetfire vid, i don't supose you've got a link have you?

So its not a good choice???

How do the other guys with CAI manage when it rains....do they take them off and replace them back to oem - Im not being funny with you, just want to know the best thing to do.

Its best if I use oem in winter and CAI in summer.....weather permitting is it??

Changing it will be a real chore and most people won't bother.

All I'm saying is you're playing a bit of a lottery with this system. Chances are you will be fine, but it's a very expensive problem to fix if it goes Pete Tong. I would rather play it safe buy spending a bit more on a CAI kit where the filter sits in the engine bay (i.e. Gruppe M/J's/ITG).

You will probably break even when it comes to resale time anyway (if you buy second hand)

Then it won't be posted until tomorrow so phone them at the first oppurtunity. If you do receive the goods they are bound by law to refund you upon receipt of returned unopened items, within 7-14 days I think.
