Yeah 12500 or 12 months is the service interval for a civic type R. Be weary that a lot of people who do low annual mileage will have missed services due to the time period between them.

I've got a replica Mugen Spoiler and it doesn't seem to fit too badly if that helps at all. Think it will vary based on who manufactures it.

Mine looked pretty similar. How old are you out of curiosity? Would imagine at 17 / 18 you will really struggle to find insurance.

Any motor factor should sort you out or try eBay. I've had mixed experiences with aftermarket calipers, so it might even be worth while buying a second hand one and rebuilding it yourself if you have the time / patience / know how.

What wheels do you have on it? I had the same trouble when I was lowered on Evo 9 alloys. I've seen people cut sections out of the arches to prevent rubbing, but I'd be concerned about more **** getting in there and causing it to rust.

Its still worth doing the pollen filters whether you have a/c or not.

On mine it prevented the wheels catching on the metal, however with a full load round bends and over bumps it would still catch on the inner arch liners slightly, I could put up with it though. You'll be fine. Mine wasn't lowered until after I'd fitted the Evo wheels and I didn't get any...

It was just catching the edges of the tyres going round bends and over bumps. I'm pretty sure it wasn't doing the car much harm but it sounded awful. Obviously it was much worse with a full load.

I had that exact combo and I had to get the rear arches rolled as they were catching, even after ABP increased the negative camber at the rear.

Sounds like your rear beam is ****ed to me. You can't adjust the rear camber on these and the trailing arm bearings going is now very common in Saxo's / 106's / 206's and 306's :(

Slate. I had an Arden Blue one about 3 years ago for 6 months. It was awful, wasn't as fast it should have been, handled like a boat and the steering had even less feeling to it than a CTR. Having said that I do think they look nice though and mine was pretty well specced so was full of toys.

Does an EP3 Type R without A/C still have pollen filters? If so are they the same?

Well if it really was a full tank it would be from full until your car stalls and won't start again.

They front callipers? If so I might be interested as my Prem has had the N/S/F Caliper replaced with a standard one so it isnt embossed :(

I don't really get this thread as I doubt anyone has ever driven on a tank until its completely empty to the point where the car wont run any longer. Last tank I got 275 miles from full till the light came on so imagine that would be closer to 300 till empty.

Thanks for the reply. I wanted to have them powder coated but if I do I guess my choices are pretty limited. I guess they wouldn't look bad in a standard silver or I could go for a light grey. Not really sure which would look best on a Cosmic.
