Lots of pops & crackles from the factory upgrade exhaust in manual mode. Even more so with the resonator cut out. Still quiet though in comfort mode. Yes it’s bloody quick!

Even with a budget of 20K the FK8 was out of reach but I just cannot got on board with the looks unfortunately. Also heated leather seats, pan roof etc in the Merc is more to my liking at the moment. Still missing my DC5 though, much more fun to drive.

Unfortunately you have paid way over the odds for a 16 year old EP3, and you have no recourse with the seller. 5.5k is insane. As a private buyer it is your responsibility to check the MOT history, HPI and an inspection or some kind. Sorry to be blunt, hope you research and take advice...

That sounds terminal. Something has failed badly.

A-plan have always beat my sky quote for the past few years on my DC5. Just ring around as many as you can, you normally find one that is considerably cheaper in my experience. Mainstream companies like yours are usually more expensive unless you mr average with a family car.

The ignition supply is red, so look at the wiring loom on the reverse of your HU and take it from that. Then you can chop and reconnect with a screw type terminal, or use solder and heat shrink/tape.

I bought about 1200x300 I think and used 1/2 of it. Have a go mate. You need a heat gun, hotter the better and some new Stanley knife blades. For the bits you have to stretch you have to get it hot to the touch. I think it was on its limit doing the fag lighter bit as it as a pug to do and...

Send you bits over mate with some Di Noc and I'll do them. It took me 3 hours so £40 inc postage. I'm looking to get some bits to do and sell but the prices people are asking for bits of trim is daft.
