Hey guys. Ive got a 2.5" unsilenced sports b pipe on my car with a standard back box. I am about to buy a 4" back box to replace the OEM one. Will this be too loud do you think??

The size of the tailpipe doesn't really affect the sound. It would be down to the baffles (or lack of them) inside the pipework
 
cool. so with an unsilenced b pipe would this sound ok? I want it louder than it is at the moment but im not the type for letting off car alarms as i pass by
 
cheers for the advice. Ive ordered it anyway and see what it is like. If i dont like it i will return it. :)
