A rusty EP3. What to do??

Hello all, first time poster here.
I have been lucky enough to own a 2004 EP3 from new. So 21 years. And in that time I've done less than 60000 miles. It has been faultless and would not even be considering selling it except that it has started to go rusty around the rear arches, despite being stored in a garage for it's entire life.
So - advice needed, should I get the rust treated then keep or sell the car. Or sell as it is to someone who wants an original, unmoded, low mileage car that has had its oil and filters changed every 2500 miles?
Cheers

Rust around the rear arches is easily rectified by a decent coachwork/bodyshop, I'd get it repaired and keep to enjoy it.

Can't believe it's been that long since these cars came out!

Wow 1 owner, low mileage, totally original, I would look at sorting out the rust and keeping it.
The rust may just be more surface rust, mines garage kept and I have noticed little bits of rust but it's solid and just surface rust which is more easily rectified, get it checked out first before making a big decision to sell it.

I'm more surprised he's taken 21 years to post.

Well after 1 year of trying to decide what to do about my rusty EP3, I finally got a local bodyshop to replace the rear arches where needed and now the damn thing looks like it's brand new again. £2300 well spent (I think).

A very well spent 2.3k, low mileage, one owner & totally original, must be worth upward of 10K?
