Binding brakes

After my ctr has been parked overnight the brakes on the rear wheels seem to stay on after the handbrake has been released, so as I go to drive away for the first time in the morning, it seems like the handbrake is still on for a brief second. it makes a 'clunk' noice and all is fine for another day.

Is this normal or do I need to take this to my stealer?

Yep, pretty normal.Nothing to worry about :smt023:

Take it to the stealer and you'll find yourself with a bill for something or another, they like to lie, because they are part fitters and thats it!

I had a cracker of sound as the brakes were bound this morning from a day of sitting about.

Nothing to worry about - just pull away easy. ;)

Seems to happen when it is cold/damp a lot. If your at all worried then park with it in gear and leave the handbrake off.
