I really didnt think today would turn out the way it did. 5 mins in to the 10 min journey to Eelmoor sprint today and the engine light illuminates :shock: :shock:
OMG....not normally a problem as I would normally plug the laptop in, find its something minor and clear it. Unfortunately my laptop decided to go KAPUT after loading the race map at yesterdays event!!!!!!!!!!!!! AARGGGHHHH!!! Frantic text to tp, hoping and praying he wasnt already on his way to Shakespere drag strip. Luckily he wasnt and diverted to Aldershot to sort it out....Thanks tp
Bit close this time(Not sure my nerves can take too many battles like this!!)...found myself up against a modded Clio Trophy. After first timed run I was .1 behind him, got a good second run and pulled out .2 from his fastest time. So class victory was decided on the last run, I knew I had to go for it but to also keep it neat. He had the benefit or disadvantage of being able to see what time I did as he was 2 cars behind in the order. I rose to the challenge and knocked .6 off my previous best to get a 58.98s time on the mile long figure of eight course. Unfortunately for the Clio he could only knock another .2 of his time to get a 59.59s run.
WOOHOO!!! CTR first in class 2 days running :twisted: :lol: :lol:
