Thanks mate, I'll have a look at them today.

I'm off to see what else I can Di Noc..........maybe the fridge?:p

Yes mate, it was OK just tricky. But as soon as you suss out the technique bits like that are easy.

Don't suppose you want to do a Di Noc fitting service do you. You know you love stuff like this.

:)

Send you bits over mate with some Di Noc and I'll do them.

It took me 3 hours so £40 inc postage.

I'm looking to get some bits to do and sell but the prices people are asking for bits of trim is daft.

Looks ace Lee. I basically need to just man up and have a go myself. How much Di Noc did you need to do all that trim in your DC5?

I bought about 1200x300 I think and used 1/2 of it.

Have a go mate. You need a heat gun, hotter the better and some new Stanley knife blades.

For the bits you have to stretch you have to get it hot to the touch. I think it was on its limit doing the fag lighter bit as it as a pug to do and need lots of heat.

I've just done the trim around the door handle, you're going to love doing that!

I've got the titanium add on breitling pack. Door handles will stay as is.

Will a hair dryer suffice to heat it up or does it not get hot enough?

That's the bit I'm talking about. I'll post up a pic later today.

Yeah that will do, but you need to get it hot for the bits you have to stretch a lot. But not over hot so you burn it.

You'll soon get the hang of it, just start with the easy bits first.

I used this stuff, still trying to get the hang of it with how much heat to use and to stop creases on some corners

I'm going to Di-Noc my roof, door mirrors and front grille when the car turns up at the dealers.
Then I'll see what bits can be done on the interior.

Mmmm Nice!
