Take a look at these guys. Do I need to replace and if so what are they called and how much are they?

If your talking about the lower arms they look fine, rusty but fine. It's the bushes in the arms that will fail first, that's what you'd want to be checking.

Is that on the front?

It looks like the wishbone, which has a couple of rubber bushes and a ball joint on it. Generally speaking unless the bush or ball joint is knackered they are just lumps of metal so should be fine.
