EP3 drivers seat

Hi i have recently bought my 1st ep3 but i don't understand why the drivers seat hasn't got a tilt leaver like the passenger seat. Can someone tell me why this is?

mine doesn't not like the passenger seat.

There is a pull leaver on the side of the seat area. On the very rare occasions that someone sits in the back seats of my car they tend to only get in via the passenger side anyway.
