I use millers 5w40 engine oil and ngk laser iridium spark plugs for k series , this spark plugs are a must

Just bought the above mentioned parts for mine, done a tonne of research, would recommend a combination of Torquegt and Tegiwa for the bits, prompt delivery and quality genuine bits (I would opt for the magnetic Skunk2 sump bolts too)0855BC5A-7AE8-413D-804A-306D0E2AEB6D.jpeg
 
I've always used Castrol Edge 5w40 in mine with HAMP oil filter, NGK iridium plugs, I have the Spoon magnetic bolts for engine and gearbox, remember to change the washers too, I bought a load of genuine Honda ones.

Gearbox oil Honda MTF3
Coolant Motul inugel the orange colour one
Brake and clutch fluid Motul RBF600
Cabin filter genuine Honda
Air filter I used ITG when it was standard airbox

I've used this stuff for years with no problems at all.

+1 for TorqueGT and Tegiwa also Area Motorsport, all good companies with quick delivery. Hope this helps.
