Finding out about modding my car

I can get a Magnex for £349 and free fitting, AEM CAI for £180 or Viper with free fitting ... how tempted am I? :twisted:

Anyway while I was there Duncan showed me his "toy" ... a supercharged CTR ... he also showed me some vid footage of it at Knockhill :shock:

Cat, I have a magnex (just the backbox) looks great, fills the bumper hole nicely....and the sound is subtle.

I also have an AEM CAI, great piece of kit and sounds amazing :twisted:
£180 is also a good price if that is fitted

I do like the look of them

However was advised that the twin is better than an oval ... something to do with air flow I believe .... (no offence to your oval Chris )

Cat I have a Top Gear cat back its a Stainless steel powerflow mid section and a Titanium back box. blue colour. You can have it for £280 Its off my 2004 CTR. Its £30 to fit at my local garage. Its was on the car for 8 months before I took it off to sell the car.

Cheers but my other half insists that if I'm doing any mods I at least get the parts new :roll:

Have to say it was really refreshing being spoken to as a normal person, not just a girl, at that garage Even got offered a few passenger laps in the supercharged CTR at Knockhill in 2 weeks time :twisted:
