K20 oil catch can advantages?

Thinking about installing a catch can when are the main advantages of running one ?

Unless you're running boost, there will be very little reason to add one. Catch cans basically catch blowback through the head from pressure. With boosted setups they are quite an essential part, but with a standard power N/A setup, they're not very much use. Save your money bud

ah right the car is 300bhp with a jrsc on it so not quite standard

I'll just ask if there is much benefit adding an external oil coiler for a s/c K20a? For track days & the occasional trip to the 'ring.
