What is the difference between gearbox oil Honda MTF2-MTF3?

MTF 2 is "semi synthetic" MTF3 is "fully synthetic". I am not sure if you can still get mtf 2 though

Here are only available MTF3,but in service manual writes MTF2..MTF3 is a better oil for gearbox?Car is a 2004 CTR?

MTF3 will be just fine, they are backwardly compatable.
