NGK Iridium for 1996 Honda ITR DC2

Hello to all,

I own a 1996 Honda Integra DC2...

I just purchased this car about a month ago and I wanted to get some feedback and information about which spark plug to go with when changing...

I did a DIY spark plug change not too long ago which I'll be posting pics soon. I went with NGK Iridium, I was wondering if this was a good choice or should I have gone with another type of spark plug???

Please feel free to express yourself and give me some advice.

If some of you think that NGK Iridium is a good choice, don't be shy, tell me I did a good selection haha lol.

Thanks, Martin LeBlanc

Honda usually use NGK Platinums, these are more expensive and last ~60K miles (over twice the price but last 3x as long). The NGK Iridiums are meant to give a hotter spark, are cheaper, but only last ~20K miles. I have the Iridiums in my road car and Platinums in my track car, I cant tell any difference. Both spark plugs will be fine.
