Recently bought a civic ep3
Got a fully refurbished dc5 integra gearbox fitted it along with a new clutch, went to fire it up after and no crank just immobiliser light flashing, I plugged a computer into the obd2 port then the fuel pump kicked in
then a tiny bit of smoke started to rise from the passenger footwell, not much turned it off tried to see where it was coming from but seen nothing
tightened up battery terminals as I just set the battery in to see if it would start and it fired right up
was driving it and going great for about 4 hours driving then slowly started to die out, heard there was no noise coming from fuel pump when turning the key, tried 2 different fuel pumps in it, didn’t work, then picked up another relay and another fuel pump still no joy, just wondering what to check next, earth is tight ontop of the gearbox and on the terminals
