O/S Headlight condensating on the inside

Hey all, ive had a little problem with the O/S headlight unit condensating on the inside. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and managed to fix it without doing the whole oven method of dismantling and resealing the headlight.

Remove the back covers and leave the lights on and wait for them to dry out. Driving down the motorway will also help with the air drying them out.
But there's a reason there's condensation inside them. Either the covers for the bulbs are missing or the lamp isn't sealed properly.

Twice I've had this problem. I even replaced one with a brand new genuine Honda headlamp unit, only to have the exact same problem less than a year later. P*ssed off, & following advice from another thread, I replaced both N/S & O/S with some headlamps I brought from eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CIVIC-TYP...IDE-HEADLIGHT-HEADLAMP-PAIR-NEW-/231491948304 They're nearly a 1/3 of the price, as far as I can tell just as good quality, & look almost identical. So far so so good.

thanks lewis all the covers are on preperly but ill give your method of removing them and having the lights on a try first before i go shellin out for new units

oerlikon if it comes to new units, ill probably go the aftermarket route as over £300 for genuine ones is a bit too much lol
