But here is my bruiser! Volvo S40 T5SE With Bi-Xenon Winter pack, Premium audio upgrade and a RICA ecu handset to select re-flashes upto 330bhp :twisted: Normally runs about the 270-275 mark @fly, standard is 220 but as i always use optimax i find i get better mpg out of the ECUM2 remap.
Great motorway blaster, 6th gear is good for 198mph according to the gearing :lol: but at a steady 80-90 it will do 35mpg, not bad for a 2.5L Turbo!
BUT drop a cog and boot it and single digit mpg is the norm! Oh and dont think about throwing it into corners or drag starts, the DSTC system kills the power, great when you pull out of a junction and find a HGV closing on you and then the car decides you can have 1bhp! Or when it starts to slide the DSC cuts in producing a tankslapper that you have to save! :shock:
