After successfully rejecting my 6 month old fk8 after a second gear box issue I have hopped in to another. (Old one now for sale on the Honda approved cars website ..) it was a long process rejecting it but it came good in the end.

I also managed to transfer my service pack.

I’d never actually considered a blue one , but they do look good in the sun.

It is totally standard except for oem footwell lighting and Honda carbon door trim.

I have a couple of bits to add.

Very nice.

I take it the colour matching on the plastics are a lot better now. Did you not reject one before due to bad colour matching?

So far so good with this one .. 1200 miles covered and not one whiff of an issue with the gearbox...

I can only assume it’a a bad batch of synchros with the early cars.

Exhaust is bedding in nicely, and eventuri makes all the right noises.

I’m fancying some wind deflectors again, maybe mugen ones this time and maybe an intercooler down the line. I have hks intercooler pipes on order which will fit the stock system and also the hks intercooler they are bringing out shortly.

There’s method in my madness.

I haven’t lost anything on the fk8 (well on what I paid for my white one in nov 17....)
