Wait wtf... Old Civic SR

I do believe the new CR-Z is IMA however SOHC Vtec...

I may be wrong...
 
Yeah was the D16Z6 for SOHC vtec if i remember rightly. Thing is it was designed as an economy engine rather than performance.
 
But being built for economy, the smaller cam will be super efficient the larger will be normal car sporty, presumably...?

Not really, its the same on a DOHC Vtec. Smaller cams for economy and larger for power. Its just the SOHC was more economical lower down and not as powerful higher up, thats all. Not worth reading too much into mate tbh
 
Oh. I forgot it was SOHC... Man, today is not my day at all :lol:
