What category does an Integra DC5 come in to??

Hi,

Just a quick question, been having a look on Gocompare, Moneysupermarket etc for a insurance quote for an DC5 type R but the listing of the car doesnt come up.. nearest i got to was an 1.8L integra but DC5's are 2.0 so im guessing that will be for the DC2. And when i put one of my friends DC5 number plate in, it came up as an 2001-2006 Civic 2.0 Type R??

Anyone have any recommendation for a good insurance quote for an DC5 please?

Go for a specialist like Greenlight as a lot of companies don't have the relevant info for the DC5 due to it being an import. They usually have it as a 1.8 which is the DC2.

Most sites will not list an import. You also tend to find imports come up as a similar car when you put number plates in.

You'll need to phone a specialist like NYA said.
