Hi - depends what you atr trying to achieve with the car. Are you going to use it for competition?

Personally I'm not sure about whether you should bother with a stroker kit - they are quite expensive. I'm just rebuilding mine but have built it up again at 2l - I could have had it any size/stroke/bore CR from 2 to 2.6 for the same money.

If you are not planning to go too far, I'd get a better exhaust and air intake first. You could go for a custom exhaust like mine which is very quiet but looks like a Spoon - really lets the exhaust gas out without noise. This lets Paul wind on more ignition safely assuming you can get the air in - you should see 330-340BHP. It will be hugely responsive and great to drive on the road.

alrite mate got the nocking noise sorted and a remap at tdi well chuffed it made 314 and 213 lbs with the standrd exhaust system would you have any idea how much it would cost me to go to 2.2 with a stroker kit ?

hi seano its del a spoke to you a while back i have the baby rotrex type r with dc sports manifold custom catback itg but am getting an awfull rattling noise when am not accelarrating the engine bay aint got a lot of room am stumped way it any ideas mate ?
