Pitted Camshafts

I wouldn't use them personally.

Have you asked TDi if that is something they've seen before?
 
Sounds like you've got a decent honest seller there (hopefully). I wouldn't put them in my car tbh.
 
Interesting this. There been lots of hype about these camshafts from TDI but I've always been curious on the quality and longevity of them. Would like to know if they'd been removed recently from a running engine or have been in storage.

They were removed from a rally ep3 running 260 but the bottom end went. When i contacted tdi they said they hadnt heard of the guy who had them so i got a refund. Shame as ive always wanted cams to finish my car off nicely
