25 days to go until k100 and remap, that time is going to drag :D
Nothing to update except gave the car a bit of a clean and tried to fix the rattle I'm getting underneath the car at 2,500 rpm. I bent the heatshield down a bit but it's still rattling. 99% sure it's not the exhaust as they fitted it very well and I've checked it. Will re check the heatshield again tonight.

Finally managed to get the Ultra Racing front brace in, it was a tight fit and initially I thought it was too long but I was wrong. Swapped out the ITG and put the AEM V2 in as I fancied some noise. I am impressed with the V2 and the car seems more urgent in vtec, it makes a great sound too being about half way between stock and the Tegiwa sound.
The front strut brace has made a big improvement, like a go kart now

Hi flashy, just a quick question for you, I’ve gone to fit my ultra racing strut brace bar and like you say it is a very tight fit near the brake reservoir and air con pipe. I’ve fitted it but it seems to be tight on the brake reservoir lid also for some reason the bonnet seems to be raised a tiny bit on the drivers side? Was this the same for you or have I done something wrong. Looks like I’ve fitted it exactly the same as every one else? Any thoughts?

Used it today, have to say it's done a pretty good job. The tailgate had a scuff on it but it has completely restored it. See pics.

I’ve just bought one of these pens, what’s the best process? After a wash and dry do you apply the clear coat on the Scratch and let it fully dry before wiping off excess! Or do you apply clear coat pen then immediately wipe off excess? Just wondered the best method before giving it a go tomorrow? Cheers
 
Hi Ricki, with the brace I gently flexed the brake reservoir away from the brace. With the pen I initially wiped the excess after application but ended up wiping all of it off. When I applied again I just left it to dry. Best thing is to cover the scratch by applying enough and not too much.
 
With one week to go until k100 and remap I decided to wash the teg m filter so I can oil it tomorrow. Can you spot where the large band thread piece decided it wanted to go? Ffs.

I should say that is the rain channel outside my garage, at least I managed to get some leaves out too.
 
Put the teg m back together with freshly cleaned filter, I managed to fit it better than I did before with both bolts in place along with some fresh rubber matting. Much better.

K100 is installed but I'm getting my chain, tensioner and guides replaced next week, so final map will be done then. In the meantime these arrived today....
