EP3 Flashy's CG EP3 premier

My exhaust joint looked just like that before fitting my non res miltek, I cut the old exhaust off right by the flange and unbolted the cat from the headers. I then used a disc cutter to take the tops of the bolts off and drilled the studs out completely, a few taps and the exhaust came apart and only needed a quick wire brush, just used three nuts and bolts to attach to the miltek and it works and sounds great

Just prepping the exhaust for tomorrow and took a look at the b pipe. What's going on here? This is looking into the b pipe silencer, seems to be blanked off

It is, so that it forces air through the baffles rather than allowing it through the pipe directly, that's somewhat the point of a silencer.

Just been told the cat studs are out by 2mm on the flange, looks like the exhaust is for the JDM cat (dc5). Bolts instead then :D

Modified the b pipe to fit the cat studs. It purrs, slightly louder/meatier than stock but not loud at all.

Had the injen filter off today to give it a vacuum :D
I realised when I put it back on I don't think it was on properly before. I was going to put my hybrid racing velocity stack on but the filter sock won't fit. Now runs a lot smoother.
Got the car booked in Wednesday for suspension work, hardrace tie rod ends, eibach camber bolts and M2 camber arms. Will get it set up as a non aggressive frsu.

The rear camber was quite a way off, oem arms at negative 2 and negative 2.5!! Set up now at - 1 all round 1mm toe out on fronts and in on rears. New tie rod ends. Feels much better.

I reckon it had over negative camber on the rears and slight positive camber on the front, no wonder it felt crap at times. Looks and feels better now, excuse the filthy car

The OEM setup on EP's was terrible. When I changed my arms on my Cosmic, they were completely different lengths

Purchased a Tegiwa engine torque damper, there's too much movement when lifting off high rev throttle.

Getting fed up with the poor headlight beam so I bought some Meguiars plastx to get rid of the light scratches and oxidation. Megs on the right hand side, the left before being worked on.
