EP3 Flashy's CG EP3 premier

The Itg Looks nice.

I saw you got an M2 centre pipe. What's it like and what back box have you got on there now?

There's no weight to the ITG which is a bonus. The M2 is still on the garage floor, I'll be keeping the oem back box on. That may change over time :D

Got these beauties to stick on too...

It is. I haven't done a very good job of it. Tones the rear cluster down a bit. I prefer the pre face-lift rear cluster.

How come you decided to change the Tegiwa for an ITG mate? I know the Tegiwa makes more sound, but is the ITG better gains ? They seem very similarly priced.

I'm knocking on a bit and the sound of the tegiwa is a little too much for me. Nice sound, but after a few months I wanted to get something quieter. The ITG weighs next to nothing, easy to fit and doesn't rattle. Nice subtle noise. I'll be doing the exhaust for any noise, but nothing loud. As for gains, I won't be remapping anytime soon so it makes very little difference. Going primarily for handling at the moment.

Wheels going on tomorrow :D
Missus is driving to the tyre place, I'm still recovering from my shoulder operation.

Ahh I see, for a second I thought that there was an obvious performance difference between the two and the car i'm getting this weekend has the Tegiwa already fitted so was wondering wether to sell it.

I ll see how loud it is, I enjoy VTEC as much as the next bloke but my straight piped DC2 with Spoon N1 end drove me nuts after a few weeks lol. It's alright on a spirited drive, not a daily ***. I ll be doing handling and preventative maintenance mainly too, maybe brakes and hit up a track or two this year?

Hope you get better soon btw, my mrs had a similar operation to you not too long ago I know the pain.

What do you call knocking on a bit? I fitted the Tegiwa intake I got off you on my 42nd birthday

Wheels on.

Thanks. I am, will be better when the weather is better and I can clean it all up. Strange thing was the tyre place found a thin spacer on just one of the hubs!
