Ep3 remote fob case

Ive been trying to get a new replacement case for my remote fob. I have an 05 Facelift. The fob is tatty and the previous owner butchered the battery cover slot so it has to be taped in.

Many of the cases on eBay have the correct two buttons but the back
is solid with no remove able battery cover though they are advertised as being for Civic/Jazz etc
It's only a £3 buy but can't see one l need.

Thanks for the reply. I've considered this but most second hand ones are as ropey as mine! Plus most are 15 quid plus which seems a lot for me to pay just for the battery closure. Would another style with the solid back work as a replacement?
