Which springs are better?

Hi, just after a bit of advice on which set of springs are better.
The two sets that I have found are:
Apex 30mm
&
RS-R 30mm.

I have heard of apex but not rs-r.

Which would be better.

Eibach Pro Kit or Sportline.

We do a good fast road package deal for a set of Pro Kit springs, camber bolts and arms. All you need is to fit it all and get the car aligned, and you're away.
