2008 front wishbone rear bush.

I am looking to replace a front wishbone rear bush on a 2008 1.4l civic.

I have had a quick look at it and it is totally different from most civic wishbone bushes in that it looks like it slides off of the end of the wishbone. What i don't know is if the bush has to be pressed out and a new one back in or is it easily removed. As i don't have a press i just want to know so i can prepare to take it to a garage to be done once i remove the wishbone from the car.

Here is a listing for the part i need.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FOR-HOND...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649.

It goes on here https://www.parts-honda.uk/honda-ca...ENSION/FRONT-KNUCKLE/17SMG601/B__2700/4/17516
Part number 13/14

These look the same design as ones I've done on E36/46 Beemers and yes it slides off the wishbone, also no it won't need any pressing out/in as the part you've linked includes the bush housing (silver bit) as a single unit.
Should be a bolt off bolt on job. I'd also suspect that given good enough access you'd be able to do this job leaving the arm on the car, depends on chassis clearance behind the bush and if enough give elsewhere to lever the arm down a bit.

The new one may need a good whack with a rubber mallet to go fully home on the wishbone, a little lube will help.
