It's worth what anyone is willing to pay.

However in my honest opinion £5k is too much for any 13 year plus old Civic. Cars have come on massively over the past decade and EP3s haven't aged as well as some.
 
Wow, it does look pretty nice, probably priced a bit high, I imagine they still arent at the point where people will buy them and tuck them away and not drive them
 
Pay what you are happy to pay, at the end of the day you could get a modern car and it will depreciate by that in the first year
 
The exterior looks clean enough, a bit corrosion developing on the OSR wheel arch. But it's the underside of these cars that don't weather too well and can potentially cause issues. If the condition of the underside reflects the condition of the exterior, then it might be worth somewhere near the asking price?
 
Personally think the asking price is way too high, but if the underside was as nice as the body then I’d say worth about £5k tops. Not looking to buy it just seen it and thought the price was a bit high so wanted others opionions:cool:
 
Stupid price. Maybe if it had 16k miles rather than 69k miles. But alas, it does not.
 
Positive there was a Cosmic Grey one on fleabay not long ago that had 26K miles. I'm sure the asking price was in the £10k region :eek:
 
And in fairness, compared to awful older cars like Cosworths or Mk2 Escorts fetching silly money it's a really good buy! All a matter of perspective really.
 
Hi new to forum .....been looking at EP3 for a while and going up a lot .... I just paid 6k for my vgc 54 plate 62k standard FSH with the leather seats
can see in my pic dont know why on side *** lol
 
Leather seats are hens teeth for these so at least you got a slither of exclusivity with those.
 
Only ever seen 1 for sale with the leather seats and I don't like them much. Prefer the normal or premier edition seats but can't comment on comfort for the seats as I haven't sat in any:(
 
Doesn't look too bad, the underside will be the decisive factor though. Price wise I'd say 5k tops, unless the mileage was a lot less or it had some pricey mods (BBK, Kpro ect..).

That said, you can always buy a cheaper one, and do it up to this standard (and beyond) for less money if you have the time and space.

new to the forum here. Looking to get myself into a ep3. I've been looking for a few days now, the more I look the more I want to pay a little extra for minter condition. I've seen a few on here paying £5K for one that has around 80k miles about a year ago.Do any members on here know of a good one up for sale? Ideally premier edition.
