Hi all,
I'm new to Honda and have just bought a 2015 FK2 Type R last week. I have been driving a 2003 Seat Leon TDI for 11 years so a lot different from the type r and so getting used to it.
Ok, so when I depress the clutch fully and change gears slowly and gently, (say from 1st to 2nd or from 2nd to 3rd), I have noticed the gear stick 'clunks' into place. Its a mechanical sounding 'clunk' heard inside the cabin. Its almost like the gear sits itself in place.
There are no actual issues changing gears or anything and the car drives sound but is this normal for a modern Honda or am i doing something wrong?
Its more noticeable when the engine is cold but when it warms up its a little less evident.
Sorry for the silly question.
Cheers!
