EP3 EP3 Engine Mounts

Messages

Looking to buy a full set of engine mounts for the EP3. Am I right in thinking that there are only 4 in total?

As per this:

So far the best price I can find is on japserviceparts, seems to beat Tegiwa and Cox by quite a bit. Anyone know of another source before I pull the trigger on this one?

Yes. Do you need the full set? I've got a polybush to shove in the gearbox mount. £20 job done.

Just those mate. Front one is usually the main culprit but given the age of these now probably replacing all of them isn't a bad shout.

I've got the inserts on my front, rear and gearbox but wheel hop has since returned.

I only need the front, as that one has ripped to pieces lol. At 103k miles, i don't think the rest are going to be in a great shape either (even though they are not knocking or moving), so might as well replace.

I am avoiding the inserts as I don't want any more vibrations/rattles in the car (it's enough already with the stupid Tegiwa intake lol)

Thanks chaps I'll get ordering :)

I pulled the only polybushed insert from mine recently (rear) and the lack of vibration in the cabin is bliss :)

Im thinking of getting rid of the poly bush from the front one in mine. Vibrations do my head in and i cant see how it makes that much difference...
