Default ACC LKAS fault that won't clear

Wife was out with the car in the heavy rain today, and a car passed in front of her quite close. It came up with a collision warning then freaked out and it started coming up with faults on the dash.

I've had a look and when the car is started up it seems to be to do with the ACC and lane assist. Also the yellow brake light is on.

Anyone know anything about this? I tried disconnecting the battery but the fault comes straight back. See attached pics. Cheers!

Have you tried turning the affected systems off?

Yes, but the buttons don't do anything.

Have you tried turning them off in the settings section of the on screen menu’s?

Went in by the dealer and it needs to be booked in. Not very impressed as they have no courtesy cars, no pickup service and no waiting appointments either. A bit inconvenient but hey ho.

    Situation normal.

They should be able to arrange a courtesy car via enterprise rentals.

Got the car back last night. Seems the radar was out of alignment.

They also said Honda are still working on a fix for the parking sensors going off on their own but it's taking ages!
