Default Suspension springs popping / jumping when turning at slow speeds

Hi guys . As the title states my springs pop / jump in the shocks when turning at low speeds , itís done this for a few months now. Spraying wd40 in the bottom of the shock helps for a few days but then it starts again is there a long term solution to fixing this / whatís wrong? Springs and shocks are in good condition Eibach springs are two years old , Iíve had new Honda top mounts ect at the same time. Any thoughts and has anyone else had the same thing?
    Cheers
