Default 2002 Civic type r ep3 air con bypass

    Hello peeps.

I have an 02 ep3 with air con.i would like to know if it is possible to bypass the ac pulley with a shorter belt like the one from a non ac model.

Something tells me that it is not that simple.

Input from experience would be appreciated.

Just out of interest. Why? The pulley is clutched so there's no parasitic drain when the air-con isn't operational.

Don’t want clutch to seize up and belt snap, hence the bypass
