hesitation from start-up

Hi All.

I have recently re-commissioned my car after a 15 month period.

I have changed the air control valve (new Honda).
Every now and then the car will not accelerate properly from a cold start and sometimes the engine warning light will come on - then after a while go off.
I have plugged in a scan tool and it comes up with P0132 which is high voltage in the primary O2 sensor. It also shows P1298 but the manual for the plug-in tool does not go that far.

Before I took it for MOT I rid the code and the light was out for the test.
The MOT tester plugged into the car and the exhaust results were spot on.

Do I have a faulty primary (pre-cat?) O2 sensor? If so will it have any impact on the above please? :)

Regards,

Mark.
