Rattle in k20z4

So guys I have an fn2 type r with 77k miles I bought it this month as a project for summers nurburgring track. I haven't driven this car as when bought it from the auction I found the engine rattling so got it recovered to my house and been trying to investigate the problem with it. I'm an Automotive engineer as a profession so with my knowledge and skills I made several assumptions as to what must have caused the engine rattle but still got many things in my mind so before I strip off the whole engine I'll need suggestions from honda guys. So I have uploaded videos of the rattle noise and stripped the cam cover and found timing chain loose, so please have a look at the videos and help me identify the issue. If worse come worse I will swap it with whole k20 but it be shame to leave this low mileage engine on side for k24 bottom project. Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

Update: I have checked the TDC on the chain and now I found out that it has skipped 2 teeth on timing chain. Wonder if replacing chain will fix without any damages or I have just one option to swap engine and work on it slowly with k24 bottom.

If there is no evidence of the pistons interacting with the valves (due to the incorrect timing) I don't see why anything other than new genuine Honda chain, guides and tensioner would be required.

Valves must have come in contact with the pistons as piston 3 has a loud rattle than the rest, the only way I can find it out is by removing the head which is hell lot of stripping lol
