Hi I was looking at buying a hondata thermal intake gasket has anyone used one or know much about them

There's very little to gain from one, if any. I've heard reports of them causing inlet manifolds to crack due to differing thermal expansion as well.

Personally I wouldn't bother.

I had one on for 5 years, no cracks. The manifold got swapped out so I changed it as part of that upgrade.
