Creaking Bushes - recommendations

Hi all,

My suspension is creaking at the rear and I think I'm going to give everything a good spray. Am I right in thinking silicone spray is good for rubber bushings? If so, which type? Ta.

Silicone spray would do as a temp solution. It's low friction and won't cause issues with the rubber. But it will only last 5 minutes. You'd be better off locating the noise with that, then working some rubber grease into it. Make sure it's rubber grease as normal grease will eat into the rubber and cause it to break down quicker and make the problem worse!

I've always used Fuchs red rubber grease at work, great for living seals, coolant pipes etc when fitting.
