Does the gp front bumper come with mesh fitted like the oem grill type or is the bumper just clear.., hope that makes sense

There should be a grill to go with the GP lower bumper.
Whether it comes as part of the kit when you purchase I can't tell you sorry.

Being OEM im hoping so, reason im buying is that be very good fit also. Wish I could afford rear but that be end of year I think. Can the splitter just be removed without fully removing the bumper, does it just clip off?
 
Much easier to take the bumper off, the fog lights are in the bottom section.
The lower section is clipped to the top but they are all at the back out of sight.
