nothing to do with the core router :lol:

the dns seems to be screwing up every now and then so the url doesn't resolve to the proper address for the server its hosted on, I'm working on transferring the dns off the current servers onto servers I have more control over as we speak :)

Just restart your computer. It works striaght away then.

typing ipconfig /flushdns into a cmd prompt should also sort it ;)

Ok think I've found the fault of this problem!!!!!!!!!

Some F**king Frog Univeristy is currentl;y bombarding one of our core servers with about 1000 requests per second...........

Stupid fecking French............... anyways, the guys are now blocking that uni from getting anywhere near us now!!! HA HA!

Its like Waterloo all over again!

I just access the forum by the IP address when it goes down...looks like the dns providers are on cut backs :D
