    Not sure if anyone from Sky will read this, but I thought I'd post anyway.

    Your waiting times for existing customers are very, very poor. I rang in twice the other day, first time I was waiting for 10 minutes then someone answered and hung up. I called back, but got bored after waiting for 15 minutes. I rang in again today, after 4 minutes the phone was again picked up and then the call died. The second time it took me 7 minutes to get through.

    Getting through to sales and renewals is often very quick, it's a shame this is not the case for existing customers.

    Looks like I'm leaving Sky Insurance, with less miles on the policy than last year, another year of no claims, my now ex gf no longer as a named driver yet you're quoting me over 100 more than I paid with yourselves last year. Looks like I'll be off to Greenlight who offer fixed fee trackday cover as well. I certainly won't miss the waiting times.
