Any young CTR drivers?

I'm 23, 3 years NCB, 3 points for speeding, mods declared, fully comp £601.35

Lucky Git :)
I'm with Admiral too but my renewal is due in May so I will have to wait and see
I'm 23 now but last year I paid £900 fully comp and that was with 4 years NCB (no accidents or claims)

Admiral were on watchdog last week so no doubt my renewal will be higher

Admiral are normally ok... What were they on watchdog for?

I would always try brokers from now on or specialists.

Stupid renewal prices

Yeah they were offering really good deals for new customers taking out multicar policies and then stinging them when the renewal came about 12 months later. I'm hoping my renewal won't be too bad but these days you kind of expect it to be higher than the previous year despite the extra year NCB

I don't think ive ever renewed my insurance with the same company. They end up offering to price match and I tell them to FOAD.

Best price from the start or do one

I'm 22 got 6 points,1 claim and 3 years NCB (Although my insurance never payed out but still have to declare it for 5 years same as the points) and i pay £940 a year fully comp in my own name with mod's declared (exhaust, manifold) and I've got a grey premiere edition Type-R,and i used to pay £2,200 a year to insure my 1.4 EK...how does that make sense lol?

im 21 got a clean license, 4 years no claims, its in my name third party fire and theft and i pay £142 a month.
i have all the perks and every extra, but fully comp was over 4 grand!!! im with ecar. admiral and quinn where cheaper but i refuse to insure with quinn after them not changing my car over after all my calls and internet switch which ended up with me in court, but they dropped the case. and admiral kept taking the monthly payments when they wished and wouldnt keep to my payment plan. but im quite happy to pay that, i was paying 500 fully comp for a zetec s with a puma engine and that was a group 5, 12 groups higher for what im paying now, its not really alot to me and well worth it

I'm not living in uk and over 40 but the price I got here per month is 46€ with 5 years no claim since they didn't accept my 19 years no claim from my own country . Here the insurance is well better to treat new drivers anyway

Not yet owning a CTR but will be soon so been scouting for quotes. Best for me so far has been Admiral @ £1177 (23 years old, 4 years NCB, CH7 postcode, 6 points :/) Gonna give Adrian Flux and my current offering a shout soon to see if they can beat it.

Just renewed my insurance. I'm 22, got 5yrs NCB and it cost me £824.

Quite pleased as last year it was just over £1200

brentacre ftw. 899 FC :D and very relaxed about mods, pretty sure they do track day cover as well! still on the hunt for cheaper though ;)

my two cents, get off comparison sites an get on the phones! im quoted around 2k on comparison sites :/
