Hiya my names Jamie I'm new to the site but hopefully you could give me some god advice

I Own a 55 plate civic type r very nice car but I have noticed a lack of power and compared to others that I see makes want to know how I can improve . I have a typhoon induction kit fitted is this good or bad and war exhaust is best and what tuning could help . My car is serviced regular. And oil changed but i think it needs some new life

Any info most grateful

Cheers jamie

You may be getting some heat soak from the induction kit in this weather.
Suggest putting standard airbox back on with the standard element, not much is better in the summer to be honest. The honda box and filter are a good design.

I've never had anything but good experiences from my local Honda dealer at Grantham, which must be a good 1.5hr from you.
TDI North are worth travelling to by all accounts.

Someone a while ago recommended these guys who are much closer - not had any experience of them though.
