A caliper is either binding or it's not. The problem is the piston can corrode and the seal ring perish which tends to cause the binding. You can refurbish calipers with a refurb kit, or get them refurbed by a garage if you don't want to do it.
Take the car for a test drive and brake plenty of times, stop the car and physically check each wheel for heat, a sticking caliper will generally produce a lot of heat. Be careful not to burn yourself though! You should be able to tell. Mine was binding and the edge of the disc went a very burnt orange colour

With Flashy on test driving it.
The drivers side one got so hot I could not touch the wheel let alone the caliper.
The passenger side had started to squeak and the binding was pointed out by the MOT tester. Nowhere near as hot but still kaput.

Any decent independent garage can source a refurbed caliper, like I said only cost me £150 fitted.
Honda dealer will only want to fit a new one, unlikely to want to mess about with refurb kits.

If there is a CTR "specialist" near you then may be worth taking it there for servicing etc, however my nearest specialist is the main dealer.
If you want to keep it Honda there is only one choice. I would check out the Honda website and look at the fixed price servicing & repairs, you might be (pleasantly) surprised at the prices.
I have a 2 year service plan on mine which gets me the oil & filter change plus all the vehicle checks. Don't bother with the No2 service - I'm sure you can change air & pollen filters yourself.
