Owned both. Preferred the EK9 myself.
Not entirely sure but just enjoyed driving the EK9 more.
EK9. It's just a feeling.
You have to drive one to understand.
Not sure. There was a few years gap between, but don't think there's much in it speed wise.
As mentioned. You need to drive an EK9 to appreciate it.
Best thing is to try and drive both back to back somewhere to see which you prefer.
