Hi all. I'm new here, owned a corsa b for the last 2 and half years, attending a lot of shows and this year got into the top 50 at Modified Nationals. I'll put a few pictures up of it, I had always wanted a civic type r and the chance came when I saw 1 for sale in my local garage, so the Corsa went and I got the civic, enjoyed every minute of it so far! It came pretty standard apart from the wheels have been painted with a spray can by the look of them, with a red pinstripe on which I removed and saw it was covering curb marks but after winter I will purchase some new wheels (preferably rotas, bbs, Team dynamics, or xxr) along them lines. Also came with push start button in the hole which would have been cigarette lighter. any way time for some pictures.

there is just some of the corsa, I got it off a friend with hardly anything done to it, I then built it to how it was, all the work was carried out at the bodyshop I work at...

here is the civic as I got it, and then got the tow hook, mugen spoiler, full exhaust system, the exhaust fitted & private swapped over!

list of parts I want,,,

Wheels,
Coilovers,
Jap plates,
mugen grille,
mugen splitter,
& respray!!

always had my heart set on White with gloss black roof, and gloss centre piece of spoiler, but I also quite like purple, something a bit different, so yeah still in 2 minds, but I do think it will be white as I have always wanted a white type r. Then something like a bright colour for the wheels when I get some new wheels. Either championship white for the car or a ford frozen white colour.....

White would like good. But I don't think I've ever seen a Purple EP3 so would be very unique.

Quick update, Chosen (NH-0) Championship white for the car, also mugen splitter & grill came but undecided on the grill at the mo, but the splitter will be getting fitted asap. Car to get done in the next month....

Just wondering, I'm going for a stanced look once I get the bodywork and wheels sorted, but as im looking for coilovers, is thwre anythin else I need to buy? Like if I lower it do I need the camber arms straight away? Is there anythig else I would need also?

Bodywork is well under way, all repairs fixed and primed up, splitter is fitted, a few more bits to do then ill get pics up,

Got some new led number plate lights and a bung for the rear wiper.. pics will follow :)

Tease! Get some pics up!

What wheels did you go for? If you're going 'stanced' with low offset/wide wheels then you probably will need camber arms and bolts just to get them inside the arches. If they're a sensible size and offset then you won't need arms and bolts right away. If you fit coilies without them the geometry will be out so your handling, tyre wear and fuel consumption will suffer, but it should still be driveable. I'd advise that you do it all at the same time, to save your tyres and avoid an unpredictable car.
