AEM V2 Help?

Alright guys,

I bought this AEM V2 locally ages ago, and it doesn't seem to fit my EP3... Everything is in the right place but the filter rests on the steering arm.

Looking at other AEM V2's, they seem to curve round more for the EP3.

Here's some pictures so you can see what I mean.







It's clearly not the same, so does it fit a DC5? or maybe even for a K-Swapped car?

Think it's a DC5 version, another member on here is running the same one. I don't think he's had any issues with it.
